Brown Butter Pecan Granola

What comes to mind when you think of Autumn? Sounds, smells... hues of beige, umber, mahogany, sienna... 'an oil-palette of browns'?

A coincidence, but a delicious one; our Brown Butter Pecan granola is a classic toasted oat base, gently spiced with nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon and cloves, lifted with a generous amount of vanilla and coconut sugar, and toasted in a dressing of wildflower honey. 

Through the base we've generously scattered house-roasted brown butter pecan nuts, made so for a more caramelized flavour, balanced with Blackthorn salt flakes.

A granola that has been carefully developed to present 'less decadent' than its ingredients would suggest, the Brown Butter Pecan Granola is as forthcoming to a bowl of natural yoghurt, as it is to a crumble topping, as it is to a bowl of vanilla ice cream, as it is to.... let us know where you go with it, enjoy!
