We bake everything on site every day.  Our daily menu board includes wonderful gluten and grain free pies, grain free sandwiches, brushetta, seasonal salads, tagines, frittata and loads of other wonderful food.  The menu is based entirely on seasonal produce and includes locally grown organic produce.

Where possible we work with local organic growers to get only the best produce.  When we can't do this we simply source the best food we can and bring it fresh to the table every day.

Our all day breakfast menu include:

  • baked eggs lovingly placed on to our housemade chickpea, tomato and herb tagine
  • scrambled eggs, served on grain free toast with housemade chutney (you can have this with your choice of preservative free bacon, tomato, mushrooms, avacado)
  • grain free toast topped with seasonal fruit, soft housemade cheese, honey and cinnamon
  • fruit salad with yoghurt (or not)
  • chia seed breakfast topped with yoghurt, seasonal fruit and local honey
  • vanilla infused muesli topped with yoghurt, seasonal fruit and local honey

Our lunch board includes:

  • our world famous Open Burger - grass fed beef burger filled with dates and rosemary served on grain free bread and topped with seasonal beetroot, housemade cheese, chutney and served with a lovely seasonal salad and vegetables
  • the every popular vegetable burger - filled with organic chickpeas, seasonal vegetables, herbs and served with a seasonal salad and vegetables
  • our raw food falafal - filled with activated pumpkin seeds, herbs and chia seeds
  • and be sure to check out our specials board - often filled with yumminess like our zucchini fritters, chicken and avacado sandwhich or our Thai Chicken Noodle Salad
